About the Role
Are you great with people but tired of the demands of retail? Looking to bring your customer service skills into a supportive office environment?
We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join our growing team In this role, you'll still be helping customers; but no more long days on your feet or dealing with late-night rosters. Instead, you'll enjoy a collaborative, Monday‑to‑Friday role where you can focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
You'll assist both internal and external customers, process orders and warranty claims, manage enquiries, and provide outstanding support across multiple channels; phone, email, chat, and social media.
A Day in the Life
* Responding to inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat & social media
* Resolving product and delivery queries quickly and professionally
* Processing orders, returns, credits, and warranty claims
* Supporting the Sales, Marketing, Finance, Warehouse, and e‑Commerce teams
* Updating customer records in NetSuite and Salesforce
* Flagging product or website issues to the relevant internal team
* Greeting visitors and assisting with online order pickups
About You
We're looking for someone who brings energy, empathy, and a genuine passion for customer service. If you've worked in retail or face‑to‑face customer service, you already have the perfect foundation; we'll help you transfer those skills into a new environment
Ideally, you'll have:
* Previous experience in customer service, retail, or call centre roles
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Confidence working both independently and within a team
* Tech‑savviness with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and CRM systems
* A proactive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
* An interest in the outdoor lifestyle is a bonus
