About the Business
Under the Pallas Group umbrella, we have two purpose-driven, ambitious brands inspired by a passion for excellence within the funds management and property industries.
Pallas Capital is a debt and equity fund manager specialising in the financing of Australian and New Zealand Commercial Real Estate. The business was established in direct response to the growing lack of credit in Australia's mid-range property market; a situation exacerbated by the shortage of reputable, risk-adverse, non-bank lenders.
Fortis our property development management business, has a portfolio of more than $750 million in successfully completed residential and commercial projects, with a further $560 million to be completed by the end of the year.
Due to continued growth within Pallas Capital, we are seeking a commercially driven and analytically strong Investment Analyst to join the Structured Finance & Investment team in our Sydney office.
This role will support the structuring, execution, and ongoing management of securitisation and warehouse funding transactions across Pallas Capital's lending platform, with exposure to capital markets, funding partners, and portfolio performance.
