Qualifications:
B.Tech/MCA with Duck Creek Certification
Job Description:
* Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Duck Creek Claims implementations and enhancements.
* Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand claims-related requirements.
* Design, develop and oversee Claims configuration, integration, and deployment activities across environments.
* Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to architectural standards.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development, testing, and production.
* Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
* Coordinate with QA teams to validate Claims functionality and support UAT.
* Stay updated on Duck Creek platform enhancements and recommend improvements.
* Expertise in P&C insurance Claims management lifecycle and configuration techniques
* Experience with Duck Creek Claims V12 and SaaS delivery models
* Proficiency in .NET, XML, XSLT, and web services/API integration
* Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
