The role 
Crown Towers Perth is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to take on the role of 
Bell Services Manager 
. This pivotal position oversees the Bell Services department, including the Bell Desk, Driveway, and Valet Parking operations. 
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient running of the Bell Services department which encompasses Bell Desk, Driveway and Valet Parking across Crown Towers. The Bell Services Manager will ensure the team provides a quality customer service experience through providing a warm welcome, smooth delivery of guest luggage, parking of guest cars and driveway management. 
Key Responsibilities 
Oversee daily operations of Bell Desk, Driveway, and Valet Parking to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery 
Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and training 
Monitor traffic flow and implement strategies to avoid congestion 
Maintain Crown's presentation standards and ensure service excellence from arrival to departure 
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency 
Foster a culture of safety, equity, and diversity in line with Crown's policies 
About you 
You'll bring the following: 
Experience in a busy customer service environment (five-star preferred). 
Previous hotel operational experience. 
Proven ability to multi-task while remaining professional and calm under pressure. 
Strong communication and time management skills. 
Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities 
Additional Information 
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: 
A qualification in Hotel Management or Business 
A valid manual driver's license
