This is a senior leadership position where you will champion and drive our regional strategy, leading branch leaders to deliver customer-focused results throughout the network.

Responsibilities:
* Inspire and empower your team to utilise their strengths and maximise their potential, while holding them accountable for results
* Partner with clients to provide solutions that strengthen the growth of their businesses
* Promote trust and integrity in the wider network and client base
* Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities to strengthen presence and produce customer outcomes
* Demonstrate thought leadership and drive the strategy and planning for the region and state
* Drive marketing and promotion of products
* Prioritise staff and client safety, contributing to a zero-harm culture
* Inspire and mentor staff in identifying and developing new sales opportunities

You have proven capabilities in operations, people and sales management, and strong negotiation skills. You can demonstrate emotional intelligence, self-awareness and open communication in engaging with the team and client base.
