About the role
Working closely with the Senior Accountants, you'll join a large organisation with a small, collaborative finance team where hands-on involvement, mentorship, and exposure are key. This role offers broad responsibility across the finance function, including day-to-day accounting, end-of-month processing and reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and supporting compliance requirements.
You'll play an active role in strengthening reporting, systems, and processes as the business builds out its Brisbane head office. This is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you'll quickly gain a deep understanding of the business, work closely with stakeholders, and enjoy genuine opportunities for career development.

Qualifications
* Degree-qualified (ideally working towards CA/CPA or looking to commence) with experience from business services or a well-rounded Assistant Accountant role within a medium to large business
* Proactive, hands-on, and thrives in a small-team setting
