Overview
We’re on the hunt for a passionate junior-midweight Art Director to respond to creative and customer-centric briefs, across a range of clients, primarily in the financial services area.
Working for a leading independent full-service customer experience agency, you will be responsible for determining how to best represent visual concepts and articulating this vision to the creative team and client stakeholders.
Work could involve everything from eDMs and DM through to video content creation, social content and larger integrated campaigns. And, you’ll be partnered with a copywriter to collaborate on ideas and deliver impactful creative work.
As we transition to an AI-enabled future, we're also looking for someone who is proficient and adaptable in this space. Experience across standard platforms (ChatGPT, MidJourney, Firefly etc) is a must with bonus points for more advanced experience in this area.

Responsibilities and requirements
- Create CX conceptual communications across all mediums
- Apply creative expression and bring projects to life
- Ensure you have a transparent understanding of all digital channels and be able to communicate specifically to these
- Collaborate with Strategy teams throughout the creative process on CX concepts and creative material
- Be a key participant in brainstorming sessions on new campaigns or large jobs within the agency
- Understand, remember and keep to client brand guidelines
- Develop your presentation skills in order to present and communicate creative concepts and visions to clients effectively
- Work with Account Managers on client feedback debriefs
- Assist on new business campaigns and pitches
- Work closely with senior members of the creative department to continually refine and improve your craft, including goal setting and review meetings
- Proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite programs and Figma
- Have a good understanding of major GenAI platforms to be able to confidently explore and develop campaign assets (still and motion)
Being supported closely by the Senior Art Director, CD and ECD, you'll have the guidance and training resources to continually improve and refine your skills, whilst collaborating with a talented team of creatives, strategists and account managers on impactful creative work.
