- Immediate care is needed in specialties: MND and Autism (Children)
- First Visits: every time you meet a new client you will be supported by another team member.
- Buddy Visits: for your Complex clients, your first visit will be with another team member.
- Electronic care plans: you can read about your clients prior to visiting them.
- Nurse Support: 24/7 access to a Nurse

**WHAT YOU NEED**:
- To be able to travel to our client locations, listed above
- The right to work in Australia
- The minimum of Cert III (in Aged/Disability/Community Care/Individual Support) OR
- AHPRA registration
- A valis Australian driver license
- NDIS Worker Screen or National Police Check (Unsupervised)
- A Working with Children's Check

Pay: $30.00 - $65.00 per hour
