Change Manager - FMCG / Supply Chain / Retail
I am seeking an experienced 'hands-on' Change Delivery Manager for this leading and successful Supply Chain and Logistics business based in Western Sydney.
In this newly created role, you will be responsible for
* Business and organisational Change activities
* Liaising with internal and customer facing stakeholders to deliver operational change
* Oversee the execution of plans
* Potentially training users on new systems
The ideal candidate will have
* Extensive experience in one or more of these domains: FMCG, Supply Chain & Logistics, Retail
* A strong business process and technology focus
* A pragmatic approach with first-class customer facing, engagement and stakeholder management capability
* The ability to 'deliver' change in an operational environment
* A knowledge of Ordering / Forecasting / Automation / AI offerings would be ideal but not mandatory
