The Opportunity
As CFO, you will be a key member of the executive leadership team, acting as a true business partner to the CEO and Board. This is a highly visible and influential role, offering the opportunity to shape strategy and directly impact the trajectory of the business.
This role goes beyond finance leadership, it is about commercial partnership, influence, and helping to drive performance across the organisation. You will work closely with the CEO on strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and global expansion, particularly across India and the US.
You will play a critical role in scaling the business, strengthening systems, enhancing decision-making, and supporting the continued development of international operations, including manufacturing, supply chain, and shared services.
The Profile
This role will suit a CFO or senior finance leader who:
* Brings experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, ideally with exposure to complex, international supply chains
* Has operated in a growth-oriented business, balancing ambition with disciplined execution
* Has experience in, or strong exposure to, the Indian subcontinent and/or South Africa, with an appreciation for operating in these markets
* Is comfortable working across global operations, including engagement with teams in India and the United States
* Is a strong business partner, able to influence, challenge, and support the CEO and senior stakeholders
* Brings a commercial mindset with the ability to translate financial insight into strategic action
* Enjoys being hands‐on and visible, equally comfortable on the factory floor and in the boardroom
* Leads with humility, energy, and integrity, building trust across all levels of the organisation
