The firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution team is one of the largest in Australia, comprising top-tier partners and lawyers. They represent a diverse range of clients, including prominent ASX-listed financial services entities and international corporate clients.
The Role
In this role, your responsibilities will include briefing and liaising with counsel, drafting correspondence, preparing advice, assisting with expert evidence, and preparing for final and interlocutory proceedings.
You will have the chance to work alongside esteemed partners with significant expertise in the field, including those with leadership in mass consumer disputes, class action litigation, financial services regulatory issues, and regulatory investigations.
Requirements
The firm are looking for a lawyer with 2 to 4 years of post-admission experience, with a strong background in commercial litigation and/or regulatory matters from a reputable disputes practice.
To be successful in this role, you will also need:
- Experience with Supreme/Federal Court litigation
- Ability to work effectively in both collaborative and independent environments
- A commitment to providing exceptional client service and contributing to a positive team culture
