Organizational Development Specialist
About the Role:
This is a key position within our organization, responsible for ensuring our people, teams, and processes are prepared for rapid growth. The People & Culture team plays a vital role in supporting business and people outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Business Partner or HR Advisor, be well-versed in Australian Employment Law and able to interpret modern awards. They should possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and educate stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Caseload management: Investigations, performance management, misconduct, mental health, and preventative consultations
2. Coaching and influencing managers to enhance their leadership capabilities
3. Driving a culture of learning and building capability through initiatives that promote HR best practices across the organization
4. Partnering with the Head of Talent to develop succession modeling and practices
5. Owning projects that drive business outcomes through people outcomes, such as Diversity & Inclusion, Succession planning, and Internship programs
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Experience as a Business Partner or HR Advisor
* Strong knowledge of Australian Employment Law and modern awards
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* Collaborative approach and willingness to work with stakeholders at all levels
