This role involves promoting our products and services, driving first call resolution to queries, and creating meaningful experiences for our customers. You'll work in a structured environment with set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contribute to a team that supports one another and celebrates success.

You'll be confident in your computer skills, able to multitask and navigate systems while speaking with members over the phone. Previous experience in customer service is essential, as well as a willingness to achieve set goals and KPIs.
