Lawson Elliott is excited to be exclusively partnering with a leading organization in their field who are looking to welcome in a Finance Officer into their team for an initial 2mth temporary contract, with the view to go permanent. This will be an excellent opportunity for someone who is well driven and has a willingness to develop, works well autonomously and wants to succeed in a fast-paced environment, as your role will encompass a wide variety of accounting, finance and administration responsibilities for their clients.
Reporting to the Administration Team Lead, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Invoice generation for 15 branches across Australia
* Support AP & AR functions
* Monitor multiple mailboxes for business purposes
* Debit/credit notes as well as assist with stock control
* Claims processing and purchase order completion
* Engaging with internal and external stakeholders
* Other office ad hoc duties as required
To be considered for this role, it would be advantageous to have:
* At least 3+ years' experience within an administration role with a large company
* Great written and verbal communication
* Experience with multiple systems simultaneously desired
* Exceptional attention-to-detail and detail oriented
* Prior experience within high-volume environments
