As part of theSupply Chain Branch, you'll shape the future of healthcare laundry operations through smart systems, data-driven decision-making, and a high-performance workforce culture.

What You'll Do:
Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and performance reporting
Drive operational efficiency and customer service excellence
Champion automation and digital optimisation (SAP/S4HANA, Linen Management Systems)
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement (LEAN Six Sigma)
Provide motivational leadership to Site Laundry Managers
Oversee HR functions and support union consultation
Ensure risk management and emergency preparedness

What We're Looking For:
Proven leadership in laundry or manufacturing operations
Experience implementing automation and innovative solutions
Strong financial, HR, and stakeholder engagement skills
High-level technical knowledge of laundry operations and supply chain integration
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
C-class driver's licence (travel required across sites)
Vaccination against specified diseases may be required
