Room Service Attendant
We are seeking a detail-oriented Room Service Attendant to join our hospitality team. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and ensuring our guests have a comfortable stay.
About the Role
The Room Service Attendant will be responsible for servicing guest rooms on a regular schedule, adhering to comprehensive cleaning protocols and following all relevant guidelines. This includes removing trash and dirty linens from public spaces, hallways, and rooms, as well as keeping all areas clean and tidy.
Responsibilities
* Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms daily, adhering to Brand and CDC guidelines.
* Remove all trash and dirty linen from public spaces, hallways, and rooms.
* Maintain cleanliness in all areas, including hallways, public spaces, and closets.
* Restock cart with cleaning supplies, including bleach, mops, wipes, and brooms.
* Replenish chemical bottles.
* Ensure overall cleanliness satisfaction for all rooms, public spaces, and guest touch points.
* Report any maintenance repairs to the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
Qualifications
* High School diploma or equivalent preferred, with experience in a hotel or related field.
* Able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
* Able to stand during entire shift.
* Able to effectively communicate verbally and written, with all levels of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
