About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Sales Administrator to join our commercial team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting pricing management, product specifications, sales reporting, and contract administration.
* Manage and update product pricing by preparing and distributing the annual price book.
* Administer customer rebate programs by tracking accruals, redemptions, and ensuring accurate documentation.
* Support contract management by organizing agreements, monitoring terms, and liaising with internal teams to ensure compliance.
* Prepare and manage regular sales reports and dashboards to track performance and support decision-making.
* Provide assistance in preparing customer proposals and tender documentation.
* Contribute to product development activities by gathering market feedback and competitive intelligence.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives, promotions, and product launches.
* Identify and recommend process improvements across pricing, reporting, and contract workflows to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in business or a related field; advanced coursework or certifications in sales operations, pricing, or data analytics are preferred.
* Strong organizational and analytical skills, with experience supporting pricing, rebate tracking, or contract administration.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using CRM systems or sales reporting tools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
* A detail-oriented and adaptable approach, with the initiative to respond to changing business needs and ad hoc requests.
* Previous experience in the agriculture or irrigation industry (or a related technical sales environment) is preferred.
