You will use your expert knowledge of VoC programs and market research techniques to provide up-to-date insights and recommendations on how our customers interact with our business.
Partner with the customer insights community, leveraging the vast resources available across our group, and contribute to team member development through the insights chapter and broader customer community.
You will support Woolworths at Work, a digital-first startup with the ambition to redefine the B2B grocery supply market and grow into a multi-billion-dollar business, providing a one-stop shop for businesses across Australia.Leading the Voice of Customer (VoC) program and evolving its survey and touchpoints to align with our objectives.Establishing reporting cadences and self-serve dashboards to communicate key insights and recommendations.Acting as the subject matter expert for market research, providing guidance on briefs and methodologies.Collaborating with internal teams to set up bespoke research projects and leverage our in-house Gather Panel.Upskilling and educating the team on customer insights and research programs to drive greater awareness.What you'll bringExtensive research and insights experience (5+ years), with a focus on Voice of Customer (VoC) programs and research operations.Deep expertise in quantitative methodologies, with a proven ability to execute research from end to end.
Experience with qualitative methodologies highly desirableStrong presentation and communication skills, with a history of story-telling compelling, data-driven insights to C-level executives.Experience in complex and senior, multi-stakeholder environments, managing multiple projects simultaneously.Highly desirable background in B2B retail/e-commerce or agency-side research consulting.Comfort in owning a portfolio and acting independently as an SME for a business unit.What you'll experienceA global business with endless career possibilities around every corner and across every discipline – with valuable exposure to a vast and exciting business network.Access to Sonder.
