AsaSpecialistSolutionsArchitect,you'llbe joining theCorporate ITteamresponsiblefordelivering technology solutions that are future‐ready andaligned toAkaysha'sstrategic roadmaps.Recently, the team has driven initiatives across ITSM, data and AI, digital workplace, and cyber security.
Buildingonthis momentum, therole will be responsible for designing, governing, and delivering scalable and secure technology solutions that align with businessobjectivesand enterprise architecture standards. You'llconnect business needs, deliveryteamsand technology platforms to shape practicalfit-for-purpose solutions, such as improving workflows, streamlining data access, and embedding the right tools and patterns for scale.
In doing so,you'llsupport smarter technology decisions, stronger deliveryoutcomesand greater capability across the businessby:
* Designingend-to-end solutions across applications, infrastructure, cloud, data,integrationand security, translating business needs into scalable architectures aligned to enterprise standards.
* Contributingtotechnologyroadmaps and platform direction, drivingstandardisation, simplification and informed decisions on new tools,technologiesand vendors.
* Leadingarchitecture governance and ensure solutions meet security, risk,complianceand regulatory requirements, while managing technical debt,dependenciesand IT/OT convergence risks.
* Partnering with delivery teams, business stakeholders and external vendors to provide architectural guidance and translate complex concepts into clear, practical direction.
* Leadingcloud and data platform architecture for operational and enterprise workloads, ensuring resilience, performance,availabilityand recovery requirements are met.
* Leadingmachine learning solutions across the full model lifecycle, from experiment tracking and model versioning through to deployment, automated retraining and production monitoring for drift and performance.
This rolewill bebased at Akaysha's MelbourneOffice in Cremorne(HQ), with theoptionto work in hybrid capacity – spend time in the office, and at home.
Making an impact in this role will rely on experienceacrossthe following areas:
* Strong experience designing cloud‐native solutions across computer, storage, networking, identity and security services.
* Expertisein designing data and analytics platforms that support streaming, time-seriesand analytical workloads for monitoring, forecasting,optimisationand reporting.
* Experience with Azure Machine Learning across the full model lifecycle, including experiment tracking, model versioning, deployment, automated retraining and production monitoring for drift and performance.
* Experience designing REST APIs and event‐driven integrations that enable secure,reliableand scalable data and system connectivity.
* Sound understanding of cyber security principles, including identity, access control, network segmentation,encryptionand cyber risk mitigation in critical infrastructure environments.
* Strong skills in producing clear architecture artefacts,diagramsand decision records usingrecognisedmodelling approaches.
