Purpose

Key Responsibilities
* Manage external room bookings, onsite events, AV troubleshooting, and workplace services.
* Oversee reception, mail services, and workplace services for Brisbane Head Office.
* Coordinate meeting rooms, catering, and technical support for events.
* Conduct workspace audits and maintain high standards.
* Manage contractors, invoicing, purchase orders, and workplace guidelines.
* Handle visitor support, security passes, and card audits.
* Maintain stock levels, stationery orders, and desk booking systems.
* Support reporting, fire warden lists, and compliance requirements.
* Provide coverage for the broader workplace services team during leave or peak demand.
* Ensure legal and regulatory compliance and adherence to Bupa's risk and compliance policies.
