Job Description The company is seeking a field-based technical sales and account manager to expand its residential and small commercial building services business in Queensland. * Manage existing distributor and pump shop accounts across Queensland by developing strong relationships with key stakeholders, identifying opportunities for growth, and implementing strategies to increase revenue. * Grow the business in Queensland through proactive relationship-building within plumbing, building services, and trade channels. This will involve networking with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that meet those requirements. * Promote and sell residential and small commercial pump solutions by effectively communicating product benefits to clients, highlighting features that address specific pain points or challenges faced by these businesses. ----------------------------------- Required Skills & Qualifications * Experience working in water pumps irrigation fluid systems plumbing HVAC or building services** >Currently employed in sales technical sales or account management role.*Strong network of connections within pump shops distributors or trade customersin Queenslandsaidly preferred*:Technical background either an engineering degree diploma hands-on experience considered*time motivated self-driven comfortable working independently** -----------------------------------
