About You
You will bring to the role proven experience in project management, experience in Talent, Strategic Workforce Planning and/or Executive Talent Acquisition. You have a strong collaborative leadership style with ability to gain and hold the trust of senior level executives and management.
1. A data driven, flexible leader who is able to drive results and outcomes in an ambiguous, fast paced environment
2. Must be comfortable challenging the norm and accepted thinking to improve effectiveness.
3. Results-oriented and demonstrates a high level of ownership and accountability in delivering outcomes.
4. Able to articulate ideas and think laterally to overcome obstacles and solve problems.
5. Prior experience in managing external recruitment vendors to deliver work packages.
6. Ability to be both strategic and practical
7. Analytical and able to interpret data and gain insights
