Job Role Overview
* The role of a Claims Consultant involves the end-to-end delivery of customer service through effective claims management.
* You will be responsible for providing technical advice in personal injury and property liability claims, identifying opportunities to exceed service level expectations, and participating in claim reviews and performance meetings.
* As a strategic and solution-focused operator, you will work collaboratively with our claims team to provide technical advice and support to clients on claims within delegated authorities.
* This includes providing high-quality outcomes for clients and team members every time.
The ideal candidate will have sound experience in third-party liability claims, understanding and experience with applicable State-based legislation and regulation, and tertiary qualifications in law, business or insurance.

* Key requirements include:
* Sound experience in third-party liability claims with at least 1 year's experience.
* Understanding and experience with application of various applicable State-based legislation and regulation.
* Tertiary qualifications in law, business or insurance (desired).
* Sound experience in financial line claims will also be highly regarded.
* Demonstrated prioritisation skills, tolerance for uncertainty and adaptability, claims acumen, attention to detail, sound judgment and cost management awareness.
