Responsibilities
- As a Senior Consultant in the Business Transformation team, you will play a vital role in assisting organisations deliver successful outcomes for some of the world's largest and most complex programs including Government Reform, Power and Utilities and Infrastructure Transformation.
- As a transformation professional, you’ll help drive meaningful change on complex programs across sectors such as Government Reform, Infrastructure, and Power & Utilities—delivering successful outcomes for both clients and communities.
- You will be dynamic, team-oriented, thrive in fast-paced environments, bring a passion for strategy and implementation, and be excited by the opportunity to lead change and make a real impact.
- Based in Brisbane (Meanjin).
Skills and attributes for success
- Bring 3–5 years of experience with a strong passion for solving complex business problems and designing innovative, results-driven solutions aligned with EY's purpose of building a better working world. You’re a creative thinker ready to take the next step in your career.
- Thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments and enjoy working collaboratively to design and implement transformative solutions. Value innovation, teamwork, and delivering meaningful impact.
- Have hands-on experience across business transformation projects, including strategy development, operating models, service and policy design, customer experience, and program delivery. Workshop facilitation and strong presentation skills are highly regarded.
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written across stakeholders within and outside the company.
- Ability to build and maintain strong lasting relationships with all stakeholders involved.
