Early Education Support Assistant
About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Early Education Support Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children and be able to provide high-quality care and education in a supportive and inclusive environment.
The successful applicant will work collaboratively with our early childhood educators to plan, implement and evaluate programs that promote the cognitive, social, emotional and physical development of children aged 0-5 years.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the supervision and care of children in a safe and healthy environment
* Participate in the planning, implementation and evaluation of educational programs
* Interact positively and appropriately with children and families
* Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Certificate III in Early Education and Care or equivalent qualification
* Knowledge and understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law (WA) Act 2012 and the Education and Care Services National Regulations 2012
* Experience in working with children 0-5 years and their families
