We are seeking a Sales Manager (General Manager Track) to join our team at FujiClean Australia in Helensvale, Queensland. This full‐time position plays a pivotal role in driving our sales performance, strengthening our distributor network, and shaping the long‐term growth of our Australian operations.

While this position is on the General Manager track,You will initially work as a hands‐on member of the sales team to gain practical market understanding and build strong relationships before transitioning into broader leadership responsibilities.

What you'll be doing

* Strategic Sales Leadership & Market Development Lead the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve system sales targets, while overseeing distributor performance and maintaining strong relationships with key industry stakeholders. Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to support business improvement and guide strategic decision‐making.
* Training, Technical Support & Quality Assurance Deliver comprehensive installation and service training to newly appointed and existing distributors, providing ongoing technical support to ensure correct system operation. Ensure all distributors consistently uphold FujiClean's technical and quality standards so that every installed system performs to the required specification.
* Formulation and Presentation of the Annual Budget Develop the optimal annual budget for FujiClean Australia by incorporating guidance from expatriates and the parent company, while carefully reflecting the perspectives of the sales team. Present the proposed budget to senior stakeholders in a clear and structured manner.
* Monthly Financial Review and Reporting to the Parent Company Examine monthly financial statements and prepare a formal reporting letter that includes detailed analysis, observations, and commentary. Submit the completed report to the parent company in a timely and accurate manner.
* Planning and Proposal of Sales and Marketing Initiatives Lead the development of strategic proposals across sales and marketing functions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and market conditions.
* Management of Certifications and Regulatory Approvals Serve as the primary liaison for the application, renewal, and maintenance of product certifications, including state‐level regulatory approvals and related documentation.
* Facilitation of Team Meetings and Documentation Convene team meetings as required, prepare precise and comprehensive minutes, and distribute them to relevant parties to ensure alignment and follow‐up on action items.
* Sales Forecasting and Production Planning with subcontractors Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop accurate sales forecasts and recommend appropriate production volumes to subcontractors, based on projected market demand.
