**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure all marketing initiatives are on schedule and within budget.
- Assist in the production of marketing materials
- Ensure all marketing materials are on-brand and visually appealing.
- Analyse and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Manage the company's social media channels, creating content and engaging with followers.
- Support the planning and execution of company events.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role preferred.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with social media management and advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
- Experience with event planning and coordination is a plus.
