You will be responsible for but not limited to;
- Develop, formatting and maintain templates and documents for project management control and technical test sheets.
- Compile, prepare and maintain all project related documentation i.e. Master Document List (MDL) & Master Document Register(MDR)
- Report and follow-up on due documentation
- Liaise with a wide array of key stakeholders & ensure documents are received & electronically filed.
- Implement and maintain document control processes & procedures using the company Integrated Management System (IMS)
- Develop & maintain the Document Management System.
- Manage all document flow, whether it is physical (distributing physical documents to the shop floor) or digital.
- Ensure all drawings/documents are correctly identified, transmitted, distributed, filed/stored.
- Maintain project registers e.g. document registers, change registers, drawing registers, variation registers
- Ensure procedures are followed by systematic auditing and reviews
- Issuing of documents internally & externally
- Recording and filing of vendor document i.e. Client supplied Drawings and Manuals and Data Sheet
To be considered for this opportunity you will need:
- Adhoc administration
- Well-developed interpersonal & communication skills.Sound Microsoft Office skills including MS Word, Excel. Advanced ADOBE skills.
- Strong administrative & organisational skills with a sound attention to detail.
