Our Mission
We support people to build capacity and reach meaningful outcomes through collaborative, therapeutic care. We deliver this through the provision of Allied Health, Youth Residential, Support Coordination, Lifestyle Support, and Out of Home Care services across South East Queensland
About the Role
No two days are the same!
As a Lifestyle Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role is assisting clients with:
* Personal care and daily living support tailored to individual needs
* Social support, community access, and meaningful engagement
* Implementing behaviour support strategies and managing behaviours of concern appropriately
* Promoting client autonomy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and empowering environment
* Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care
We embrace a person-centred philosophy, recognising the uniqueness of each client’s circumstances, desires, and goals.
Work Hours
We provide 24/7 care, and shifts are based on a rotating roster. These may include:
* Day shifts: 6:00am – 2:00pm
* Afternoon shifts : 2:00pm – 6:00pm
* Evening shifts with sleepovers : 6:00pm – 6:00am
* Short shifts ranging from 4 – 6 hours
This role begins on a casual basis, with the potential to transition to a part-time contract after a successful 3-month probation period, subject to client matching and consistent shift availability.

Requirements
* Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability or Aged Care), Community Services, or willingness to complete
* Working with Children Check (Paid) or willingness to obtain
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Paid) or willingness to obtain
* QLD C Class Driver’s Licence with comprehensive car insurance and registration
* Current First Aid and CPR Certificates or willingness to obtain
