Beach Kids Early Learning – Cabarita is a boutique, family-owned centre just steps from the beach, offering a calm, home-style environment for children from 6 weeks to school age. We provide play-based, Montessori-inspired learning with nutritious meals and enriching daily experiences. Our supportive, close-knit team is passionate about helping every child feel safe, confident and ready to thrive.
Role Requirements
The opportunity has become available for a permanent part-time Cert III Educator & Trainee to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will need:
* a Cert III of Early Childhood Education or working towards
* a current and valid Working with Children Check
* a Current First Aid CPR and emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
* experience with the NQF, NQS, EYLF & the QKLG
* an ability to interpret curriculum documents
* effective oral and written communication skills
Key Role Responsibilities
* Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment.
* Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
* Delivery of a high quality, inclusive, educational program.
* Participate in professional and personal development.
* Promote the service within the local community in accordance with the vision, mission and values.
* Responsibility for the development and implementation of the studio program
