About the Role
This senior leadership position is focused on end-to-end delivery from pre-sales through delivery, bridging consulting expertise with strategic client engagement to drive modernization of customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in consulting sales and delivery leadership within enterprise environments and expert-level experience in enterprise software delivery and client relationship management.
They will also have knowledge of Pega products and implementation methodologies, as well as a strong grasp of business strategy, digital transformation, and the evolving banking landscape.
* Drive Strategic Growth: Transform business operations by identifying breakthrough opportunities and partnering with Lead Account/Client Executives to unlock new value streams.
* Lead Enterprise Transformation: Spearhead large-scale initiatives that modernize customer experiences; take accountability for ACV, renewals, and consulting bookings while proactively managing risks.
* Build C-Level Partnerships: Forge trusted relationships with banking executives and stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear business value.
* Architect Success: Design effective delivery strategies that maximize ROI and ensure clients leverage Pega's full capabilities across their digital ecosystem.
* Champion Innovation: Accelerate time-to-value by pioneering new methodologies including blueprint, estimator app, constellation, and emerging platform capabilities.
* Orchestrate Excellence: Enable seamless collaboration across multidisciplinary teams so that Pega experts, clients, and partners work toward shared objectives.
* Drive Continuous Evolution: Establish feedback loops between clients and engineering teams to fuel product innovation and stay current with evolving customer landscapes.
