Job Opportunity: Community Registered Nurse
Seeking a qualified and dedicated Community Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality clinical care in community settings. This role involves conducting comprehensive nursing assessments, developing individualized care plans, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

* Conduct thorough nursing assessments and create personalized care plans aligned with client goals and NDIS supports.
* Administer medications, wound care, and clinical procedures in community settings adhering to policies and infection control standards.
* Monitor and document clinical indicators, report changes in health status, and escalate concerns to the multidisciplinary team.
* Collaborate with support workers, families, and external providers to ensure coordinated service delivery and continuity of care.
* Provide health education, capacity building, and training to clients and support staff to promote independence and safe care practices.
* Participate in case conferences, clinical reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
* Current AHPRA General registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent and relevant community nursing experience.
* Experience across a range of levels is valued; the role suits clinicians at junior, mid, and senior levels.
* Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and medication management skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and ability to work independently in community settings.
* Current Australian residency status (citizen or permanent resident) and willingness to travel across Adelaide.
