* A demonstrated track record in innovative curriculum design and program delivery, with experience aligning content and assessment to PYP, ACARA, SACE, and/or IB frameworks.
* Experience curating and overseeing productions, exhibitions, and showcases, including managing timelines, staff, students, budgets, and community engagement.
* Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire others, build strong professional relationships, and advocate for the Arts within and beyond the School.
* Strong organisational and resource management capabilities, including budgeting, forward planning, and the coordination of co-curricular events and partnerships.
* A commitment to nurturing student potential and to creating inclusive, creative spaces where young people can express themselves and grow as confident, reflective artists.
At Pembroke, you'll be part of a warm and collaborative school community that values relationships, initiative, and a shared commitment to learning.
