Strategic HR Business Partner Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our People and Culture team in a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who can confidently step in, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver high-quality people outcomes.
In this role, you will provide high-level strategic and operational HR advice across a varied portfolio, manage complex employee relations matters, partner with leaders to enhance leadership capability and team culture, and deliver insights and support through data-led workforce planning and projects.

About You
You are an experienced HR practitioner with a business partnering mindset and a passion for driving positive cultural and organizational change.
To be successful, you will have:
* A relevant degree and ideally four years' experience in a senior HR role, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
* Proven experience in HR Business Partnering role, ideally within complex or matrixed environments.
* Sound knowledge of employee relations, change management, and workforce planning.
* The ability to influence and coach senior stakeholders, building strong, trusted relationships.

* The base salary ranges from $116,672 – $128,651 per annum, plus 17% employer's contribution to superannuation.
* The total remuneration package is up to $150,521.67.
