About the role:
As a Sales Consultant you will speak with customers over the phone and assist them in choosing the best product to suit their needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing quality and informed advice to customers to assist them in identifying the right product for them
- Providing an exceptional customer experience at all times
- Consistently meeting KPI’s as required
- Displaying a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to assist others
Skills and Experience:
Our client is looking for someone with previous experience in a phone-based environment idealy within private health insurance or financial services.

- Experience in a b2c phone-based sales environment preferably within health insurance or financial services (also open to telecom, energy, leasing, automotive, solar sales etc.)
- Extremely clear and high level communication skills
- Ability to work towards and exceed KPI's
- Motivated to learn and succeed while demonstrating resilience and adaptability
Training and Induction
- You will be provided with full health insurance training for this role.
