About the Role:
Contract (4+ months) · 3 to 5 days/week. We're looking for a mid-snr motion designer who's fast, sharp, and creative Someone who knows how to bring energy to a frame, rhythm to a sequence, and clarity to a message You'll join a large in-house motion team that delivers high-quality work at speed, producing campaigns, promos, and content seen by millions. It's collaborative, fast, and always pushing for better
What you'll be doing:
* Working with art directors, stakeholders, and producers to bring ideas to life
* Animating campaign content for major sporting events, slick transitions, product sequences, and match-day hype promos
* Owning jobs from storyboard to delivery, nailing timing, transitions, and design
* Balancing quality and speed while staying on brand and on brief
* Contributing to the team culture with a proactive, solutions-first mindset
What we're looking for:
* 3–5 years' experience in a motion design role (studio, agency or in-house)
* Solid understanding of animation principles, layout and visual hierarchy
* Confident taking direction and owning your own creative space
* Strong folio that shows your range, attention to detail and polish
* Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple jobs simultaneously and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
* You'll be part of a high-performing, collaborative team with strong creative
* You'll work across big campaigns with national reach, stuff your mates will see
