Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Analyze complex survey data to uncover insights that support business goals.
* Create and manage dashboards and reports for internal teams.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
* Use statistical techniques to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Ensure data accuracy and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Insights Analyst Should Have
* Strong background in analytics, data science, or a related field, with hands-on experience in delivering actionable insights
* Good Proficiency in Power BI, Excel and SQL
* Solid Project management experience, with the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
* Good Experience in marcomms, with the ability to translate data into compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders.
