About the Role:

* The Business Development Manager is responsible for leading the development of both internal and external finance programs for all product lines.

* This involves working closely with sales executives to identify opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth.

* The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing and developing Retail Finance Managers and assisting with the development of other Brandt Finance personnel.
">
* Additionally, they will work with the Brandt Finance and sales teams to identify and acquire strategic customers.
">
* The role requires achieving sales and market share goals, as agreed, for the long-term success of Brandt Finance.
">
* Other key responsibilities include gathering and monitoring competitive intelligence from the marketplace, supporting Equipment Sales, and developing sound, positive relationships with both internal and external clients.

About You:

We are looking for a highly experienced individual with a strong background in equipment finance. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of direct experience in progressively senior management roles, with prior experience in the Brandt group being an asset.

The successful candidate will possess excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to travel extensively throughout the ANZ footprint to develop and strengthen relationships with strategic customers and sales executives.
