We're embarking on one of the most significant transformations in our history, with a new ERP, and we're looking for an experienced Change Lead to make it a success from strategy through to sustained adoption.
This isn't your standard change management role.
You'll be setting the vision, developing the strategy, and building the "MECCA Way" for change – a pragmatic, scalable methodology based on what works in real life, not just on paper.
In this role you will: See the big picture and keep us focused on the most impactful work, even when plans shift.
Partner closely with project teams, leaders, and stakeholders, ensuring the people side of change is prioritized while technical delivery stays on track.
Create clear, compelling strategies that inspire confidence, translating complex impacts into practical steps for teams at all levels.
Anticipate and navigate ambiguity with calm energy, finding solutions and opportunities along the way.
Coach others to lift MECCA's change capability for future transformations.
