We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the delivery of recruitment activities across Australia and New Zealand.


Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes
* Sourcing and building talent pipelines
* Manage onboarding logistics
* Maintain accurate recruitment and employee data
* Support the People & Culture team with general HR administration


Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
* Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
