This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a passionate team committed to delivering exceptional travel experiences around the globe.A day in the life:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key wholesale clients, including Area Leaders, Team Leaders and frontline selling staff.Provide day to day support to front line wholesale agents as requiredConduct both online and in person sales training for ITG product typesMonitor travel industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.Work with the reporting team to prepare accurate sales forecasts and regular reports to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure alignment with overarching business planWork with key internal stakeholders to resolve both customer and wholesale agent issues/complaints to ensuring we maintain internal response SLA’s and customer expectationsContinually monitor wholesale processes and recommend changes to improve wholesale client experience as requiredWho you are:Well-versed in one of the ITG’s product verticals i.e. Escapes, Cruise and TouringIn-depth expertise in at least one of ITG’s business systems in particular HQ, Explorer & Travel TekAdvanced knowledge and understanding of structure of Flight Centre Travel GroupExcellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage a diverse group of stakeholdersProactive approach to developing and maintaining strong relations with stakeholdersAbility to analyse, identify key issues, interpret and extract trends from base informationAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteWhat you'll enjoy: Ongoing brain power-ups and skill sharpening, plus occasional escapes to bucket list destinations Catapult your career across a network of brands and businesses in an evolving industry️ Say no to full price!
