What You'll Be Doing
Preparing for and supporting in-person and virtual advice meetings
Shadowing advisers to master the MW Group client journey
Coordinating and completing post‐meeting actions
Drafting clear, timely and professional client communications
Preparing ROAs or wholesale‐level advice documentation
Staying on the front foot of regulatory, strategic and market changes
Working closely with advisers and support staff to deliver a seamless experience every time
What We're Looking For
Exceptional communication and relationship‐building capability
Tertiary qualification in Financial Planning or related discipline and/or Graduate Diploma progress.
2–3 years' experience in financial planning (client services, paraplanning or advice)
Strong technical understanding of financial products, frameworks and compliance
A genuine passion for client outcomes and professional excellence
Preferably PY program to commence within 12 months, we can support your full Professional Year.
