InsuraTec is seeking Virtual Insurance Sales Agents to join our growing remote team. We provide inbound leads, comprehensive training, and a 100% scripted process that converts 1 in 3 sat appointments into closed sales. Whether you're licensed or looking to get started, we’ll help you launch quickly and confidently.
What You’ll Do:
Meet virtually with clients using Zoom or phone
Follow a proven sales script to guide clients through life insurance options
Match clients with the best coverage based on their needs and budget
Submit applications electronically and manage leads using CRM tools
Attend ongoing training and support calls to improve performance
What You Need:
Sales, customer service, or call center experience is helpful but not required
No insurance license? No problem — we’ll help you get licensed
Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly tone
Ability to follow systems and stay focused in a remote work environment
A drive to succeed and a willingness to learn
