WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
* Are a lawyer admitted to practice in NSW with min 2+ years post qualification experience [up to Associate level] in high-end commercial litigation and/or class actions;
* Have proven solid experience litigating in the higher courts-Federal and Supreme Courts (ESSENTIAL);
* Have class actions experience (preferable) OR if none, are committed to learning+ have a serious genuine interest in practising in this niche long-term [ESSENTIAL];
* have strong technical drafting, advocacy, negotiation+ client management skills;
* set yourself high standards +are driven to obtain the best outcomes for clients;
* thrive in a strong team-focused, down-to-earth, collaborative work environment where high performers are valued+ rewarded;
* are willing and able to travel interstate as an when required (approx 3-4 times/year for short durations)- preferable but not essential;
