Seeking a hands-on site foreman/supervisor to join an ever-growing earthworks company in the construction and foundation industry specializing in deep excavation, piling, shoring wall systems, retaining walls and the likes.
This role will provide an excellent steppingstone to practicality and firsthand into the world of construction for foundation works in Piling, Anchoring, Shotcreting and Excavation.
To be considered, applicants must have:
* On site experience for at least 5 years
* Read and understand plans
* Knowledge in rotating laser and take levels and heights
* Strong leadership and organization qualities
* Must have good communication & interpersonal skills
* WH&S aware and competent
* Australian work rights required for this position
* White Card certification required
JOB DUTIES:
* Manage construction sites, ensuring that all workers adhere to construction plans and safety codes
* Ensure project completion with budget and deadlines while maintaining work quality and standards.
