Grow your skillset in the IT industry while you assist our experienced IT professionals in providing top notch tech support. In this role you'll deal with a wide range of tech issues. Don't worry if you don't have all the answers though, your eagerness to learn and ability engaging with customers are our primary criteria.

Key Role Responsibilities
Learn on the job from senior technical support staff.
Provide general IT support to a range of customers.
Identify and resolve customer issues through troubleshooting and collaborating with other staff.
Take customer calls and keep notes about ticket progression.
Manage your ticket queue to the standards set by the IT Support Manager.
Desired Skills and Experience
People skills If you're personable and know how to communicate with customers, that's a win in our books.
An eagerness to learn and grow.
Collaborative and supportive attitude.
Existing relevant IT experience is viewed favourably.
Desire to make meaningful impact providing exceptional technical support to end-users.
Knowledge of basic IT processes and hardware including email, printers, and file sharing.
Strong attention to detail.
Requirements
Hold a valid, Australia Drivers Licence
Be willing to undertake an Australian Police Check
