Key Role Responsibilities
Learn on the job from senior technical support staff.
Provide general IT support to a range of customers.
Identify and resolve customer issues through troubleshooting and collaborating with other staff.
Take customer calls and keep notes about ticket progression.
Manage your ticket queue to the standards set by the IT Support Manager.

Existing relevant IT experience is viewed favourably.

Requirements
Hold a valid, Australia Drivers Licence
Be willing to undertake an Australian Police Check
