Senior Analyst / Associate – Corporate Advisory (M&A / Capital Raising)
I'm currently partnering with a high-performing boutique corporate advisory firm specialising in M&A and capital raising across the technology and growth sectors.
With over a decade of success, the firm has built a strong reputation advising founders, shareholders, and investors on transactions ranging from $10m–$200m. They operate with a lean, high‐calibre team, offering significantly more hands‐on exposure than larger institutions.
The Opportunity
This is a standout opportunity to work directly with founders on multiple live deals, gaining full exposure across the transaction lifecycle. You'll be involved in both buy‐side and sell‐side M&A, as well as capital raises, with early client interaction and real responsibility from day one.
What You'll Be Doing
* Build and maintain complex financial models (3‐way, DCF, scenario analysis)
* Deliver valuation work (trading comps, precedent transactions)
* Prepare high‐quality client materials (IMs, investor presentations)
* Support end‐to‐end deal execution across M&A and capital raising
* Coordinate due diligence processes with advisors and stakeholders
* Conduct market and company analysis to support strategic decisions
* Engage with clients and counterparties throughout transactions
What They're Looking For
* Background in corporate advisory, investment banking, Big 4 TS, corporate development, or consulting (with deal exposure)
* Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
* Exposure to live transactions (M&A or capital raising preferred)
* High attention to detail and strong communication skills
* A proactive, hands‐on mindset
