This high-value water infrastructure project involves delivering a complex electrical scope on time and within budget.
* A strong electrical engineering background with hands-on experience in water projects is required.
* A deep understanding of electrical systems, switchboards, and commissioning is essential.
* Demonstrated experience managing large-scale electrical subcontractor packages on projects exceeding $30–40 million is necessary.
* Oversee the delivery of the electrical package for the project.
* Manage subcontractors with a focus on a large-scale electrical contractor.
* Support commissioning readiness by working closely with the delivery and engineering teams.
* Monitor budgets and control costs within the electrical scope including managing variations and claims.
* Develop and maintain construction programs with detailed three-week and three-month lookahead plans.
* Evaluate and manage relevant project documentation including ITPs, as-built records, and non-conformance reports.
