**About your new job**
- Identify customer needs: Through effective communication
- Customer complaints may arise during interactions. Your role is to handle these complaints professionally, listen to the customers' concerns, and attempt to resolve the issues to the best of your ability.
- Support outbound calls: There may be occasions where you will be required to make outbound calls to customers, supporting various units within the organization. These calls could be related to follow-ups, surveys, or other customer service-related activities.
**About you**
- Be available to work shift work including 1 weekend day
- Previous experience in a high paced, customer service role within a Contact Centre environment
- Always display a customer-focused mindset and able to deliver empathetic service regardless of circumstances
- Able to think outside the square demonstrating an agile approach to work
- Experience working with multiple systems and resources
- Manage competing priorities to achieve effective, efficient and productive customer service. This will include managing KPIs, business policies and procedures, quality and productivity
- Manage change and be adaptable to a changing business environment, including the introduction of new procedures, systems and regulatory policy.
