We currently have a rewarding opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join our South Metro Community Aged Care team. This role is permanent part-time (0.6 FTE) and involves travel across Rockingham, Mandurah, Peel, Erskine and surrounds.

Your Role
As an Occupational Therapist, you will:
* Complete and manage OT referrals across home and centre-based services
* Plan and deliver individual or group therapy programs
* Educate clients on safe use of aids and equipment
* Collaborate with and supervise Therapy Assistants
* Attend multidisciplinary meetings
* Travel between Bethanie sites based on service demands
* Maintain accurate, timely documentation aligned with client care plans
About You
To thrive in this role, you'll need to bring:
* Full, unrestricted registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
* Experience in aged care or community services, particularly supporting clients with dementia
* Strong clinical reasoning and a passion for delivering person-centred care
* The ability to relate to clients and share knowledge that fosters meaningful change
* High-level communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
* Strong problem-solving capabilities and confidence in decision-making
* Capacity to manage a diverse caseload and adapt to changing priorities
* A collaborative mindset and ability to build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders
* Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle for travel across South Metro & Peel region
* Willingness to uphold the Mission, Vision and Values of Bethanie
* Relevant vaccinations and a current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
